When we have received your booking from we will process your booking as soon as possible. You will receive a voyage confirmation and corresponding invoice, from this moment on your booking is confirmed.
We strongly recommend you to wait with arranging any transfers or flights and accommodation before you have received the voyage confirmation from us.
Did we receive your payment?
You do not receive a confirmation of your payment automatically. We check our banking accounts once a week. Please keep in mind that it might take while for a transfer to get through. Please let us know if you have any questions about payments.
Payment is being done by banking transfer. All necessary banking details are mentioned on the invoice. We do not accept credit cards or cheques.
We keep the following payment conditions:
- 30% of the voyage fare directly after booking
- 50% of the voyage fare 5 months before embarkation
- 20% of the voyage fare 2 month before embarkation.
These conditions are mentioned on the invoice as well. Of course the installments are added when you book up to six months in advance.
Alternatively to the bank transfer you can pay for your voyage via Paypal. Just have a look at the website: www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/send-money-online. Here you can make a Paypal account in a just few steps. Please note that PayPal will charge us with around 5% fee of you payment. Therefore please add 2,5% to the amount of your payment. This way we will split the costs that Paypal is charging. Additionally if you choose to use your credit card for the Paypal payment, please note that these additional costs for are for your own expense. The recipient of your Paypal payment must be: firstname.lastname@example.org . If you need any additional information please don't hesitate to contact us.
At the end of the voyage you may pay your bar bill in cash. You can pay in US Dollars or in EURO's.
How much should i bring?
It depends on your bar/drinking habits, however we advise you to bring around EUR or USD 300,- in cash. this normally would be enough to pay your bar bill and even have enough to buy a ships souvenir in the ships shop!
