Another day at sea in the Pacific Ocean.
The sun was shining today and the deck was dry.
Johanne talked us through atmospheric circulation and trade winds, a complicated, but interesting topic. Lunch was served outside to everyone’s enjoyment. In the afternoon the clouds appeared again, and the winds got a bit chillier. The meteorological measurements showed more humid and warmer air than the day before. Now the air and sea were both 25 degrees Celsius. Ansleigh continued our sail training and recapped sails and ropes with great enthusiasm. Lizze brought the chips out. With Bob Marley blasting from the deck house, people were enjoying chatting and board games.
