Embarkation

She was already famous in Rarotonga by now and people came by to admire her and showing their interest. As the sun was hanging low on the sky, we were embarking the ship, full of excitement and good spirits for the journey ahead. We were welcomed by Johanne and Jonna, signing us in and taking a photo of us before we continued on, delivering our passports to Clara. Drinks and snacks were waiting for us on the main deck where we got to know our fellow crew members. Captain Moritz welcomed us and introduced the crew before a series of familiarisations and information followed throughout the evening. With all that information trying to sink in, we settled into our cabins and our bunk for our first night of sleep onboard this beautiful ship.
