Hello all,POS: 65*17,9 S 064*16,6 WCOG: 030SOG: 4.8WND: NNE 3 bftIn the morning we approached Barthelot Islands in still 6 Bft winds. The normal Northern approach was blocked by very big icebergs, so we sailed around the islands to have a look in the South. After sailing around the islands we found our normal landingspot accessible. It still snowed a bit, but the views were superb. Then we decided to go zodiac cruising around the ice in the afternoon. And...the sun came out plus the wind died! All of a sudden the Peninsula showed her friendly face.Everybody really enjoyed these calm moments. We stayed drifting in front of Trooz glacier till well after dinner. On the way up North again I found our nice morning entrance blocked as well. So we got out via the South, a new route with a little exploring. On the way we saw a lot of humpback whales having their evening out.All in all a really nice day, with still all happy people on board.Groetjes, Janke
