Setting sail from Fail
On departure from the island of Faial we sailed between the iconic island of Pico with it's magnificent volcano, which showed it's head to us for a short while, and the long island of Sao Jorge.
We are now under sail with the beginnings of south westerly winds, so good to turn the engines off and set stuntsls again!

Sperm Whales, Pico dolphins, Fin whales & Turtles have all been sighted often today and yesterday.
A lovely start to the voyage. All is well!
