Three Pigs

Hello all,POS: 65*14,8 S 064*06,6 WCOG: @ Anchor @ Vernadsky stationSOG: 0.0WND: SW 3-6 bftEclipse point, Lemaire channel and finally at the end of the morning we got to Vernadsky station. A very very scenic morning. Still also very very wet. Vernadsky is still closed for visits, as are all stations, but Wordie hut can be visited since it is unmanned. In the afternoon the guides took the VC over there. A walk on Winter Island and a visit to the hut.Now we are still laying at anchor. The lights of the station shine in our direction. The Three Pigs watch our position. They are 3 small rocky islands on the North side of the small bay we're anchored in. There is more wind from the SW predicted, we re-positioned the anchor already, but hopefully the wind will not come howling as a wolf on us and the three little pigs...More tomorrow!Groetjes, Janke
