A stop in Barlengas

The Europa has started her Hoorn to Hoorn voyage with good sailing through the English Channel and after that we had the typical fights with the arriving depression from the west. It gave us strong winds but most of the time also in the good direction. After dealing with depression the third depression, we sailed into the prevailing Portuguese Northerlies generated by the big High pressure above the North Atlantic.

Good strong winds and sunshine, finally! We made good progress and had time to have a stop at the island Berlenga, just of the coast of Portugal. A short walk, nice night at anchor and tomorrow we continue for the last 40 miles to Cascais.
